Hungry for Healthy

Ex -- Do you have a grill? Our standard summer fare is a grilled chicken breast with fresh grilled vegetables (kabob or not) -- you can give the veggies a little low-fat vinagrette too. Without a grill, you can always use a broiler, but that never tastes quite the same to me.
I do have a grill, but need lessons. Is clean up a pain? If not, I'm all for it!

Gas or charcoal?? (If you're asking I'm thinking charcoal...) --- the only thing with a charcoal grill is that it helps to have a system of where the old briquettes (is that a word?) get schluffed off to -- without the big cloud of charcoal dust getting everywhere. Also, get one of those giant-coffee can looking "chimneys" for starting the coals.

There's nothing better in the world than a grilled tomato!

it is charcoal.

grilled tomato (as long as there's no salmonella) sounds delish!

Good luck and you msut post the modelling shots!
oooh. you should blog about your recipes and such. i need to eat healthier and work out more, and i don't know where to start with either. :)
